For the dressing:

  • Drops of Honey 
  • Preferred Berries
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • Optional: Toasted Multi-Grain Bread with Almond Butter

For a Smoothie:

  • Raspberries, Açaí, Kale Blueberries with Almond Milk & Ice or Natural 3 Ingredients Vanilla Ice-Cream. Mix & Enjoy! 

For Tacos:

  • Can (15 oz) black beans
  • Can (15oz) Pinto Beans 
  • Chili Powder
  • Cilantro 
  • Lime 
  • Salt 
  • Blue Corn Tortillas.
